DONATE FOR TALISMAN OF EUROPE

     The term donating is to be understood as the act of giving Talisman Of Europe money, understanding that it is a donation, not a payment, thus no materials, real or electronic gifts, are bound to be given in return. However, TOE may reward the donators' generosity.
     Upon donating, you agree that you are NOT entitled to receive any compensation in lieu of the donation you made, but instead, rewarded with a virtual gift for your generosity.

                                                             TERMS OF AGREEMENT:

                                   By: submitting Donations you agree the following:

1. We have the right to close your account upon Donation Fraud.
2. Donations are voluntary and is not refundable or questionable at                       any time for any reason.
3. You Agree NOT To Sell Donate Item in exchange of real money, if you do so you will be punished severely without any rights to refunds.
4. Please pick the item wisely. We will not allowed player to change their item in the future.
5. If any Donate Item will discared/dropped in game/ stolen / lost / misplaced,  will not be replaced and we are not responsible for their recovery.
6. If the donator's account is terminated for ANY reason, he/she is not entitled to a reimbursment.
7. Being a donor does not give any preferential treatment. You will have the same rights as other players.
8. Any attempts to cheat the system of donation will lead to permanent removal of your account (s).
9.TOE reserves the right to modify this agreement WITHOUT  the prior notice or consent of any other party.
